This is still going strong After having this chair for 1+ year. We use it average 10+ hours a week between 3 adults and no problems so far. Only drawback is the legs and feet part is not designed for skirt people.

Had researched all of the chairs offered by Costco and when this went on sale, we snatched it up. Purchased on 07/22/2019 and have used it just about daily since receiving it.
Pros:
A really nice massage, firm but not too firm. We mostly use the “Relax” setting which gives a really soothing neck, back, leg and feet rubdown. It is kinda weird when it works it’s way down the glutes as it reaches all the way down low. Bluetooth speakers are of decent quality, (more on this later).
Remote control works fine and getting a massage is a simple two step process. The material that it is made from is really nice and has a great feel to it.
Cons:
Bluetooth is extremely hard to get connected, turn off Bluetooth, connect it again and then reconnect a third time and finally connects. A simple “Auxiliary” or headphone jack would’ve been simpler, since the USB connector only charges the device.
Zero gravity isn’t really all they say it is, my legs never really get above the level of my heart. When in this position it requires you to push against the springs for the feet/legs and that can actually tiring as you’re constantly working to keep your legs fully stretched out. A locking device that would allow the users to lock the legs into position would cure this, but I never did find a chair that has this feature.
Overall:
Really a great addition to our lives, it’s beautiful to look at and really gives a great massage. Would we buy it again? Absolutely, and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

High-recommendation! Love the chair!!! I use this every night, since Scott and his assistant delivered and installed at my house. Happily recommend this for anyone looking for this type of high-quality product. My son purchased one or year ago, I took his recommendation and it’s been a huge hit with my family. The delivery team was very accommodating and helpful with setting the chair up.
