Here is some information about what we are doing during this time.
To protect the health and safety of our team, some of our branch offices have been temporarily closed until further notice. Some of our staff have transitioned to working remotely. Our LA Branch remains open, but with a reduced number of employees to follow social distancing measures. We apologize if this results in longer than usual wait time and service.
For now, our production teams are shut down. No new massage chairs will be produced at this time. We can still distribute in-stock items upon request.

We are taking increased health and safety precautions, including wearing masks and gloves, and sanitizing products prior to shipment. Our team is required to take regular breaks at least 30 minutes for hand washing.
There may be delays in delivery during this time. We can only process “no contact” curbside delivery. Your massage chair will arrive unassembled in its boxes. The delivery team will deliver your massage chair to your entryway or carport. You will be responsible for moving it in to your residence and assembling the chair.

We have had to suspend currently scheduled and will not be updating or repairing massage chairs and other items at this time. Our customer support team is still available to assist you remotely.
